Please note , all prices are based on cats who do not show aggressive behaviour . If any cat is extremely difficult or aggressive the cost may rise or the cat may be refused until a behaviour plan can be discussed .
Grooming cats is essential for their well being and comfort , to keep their coats and skin in good condition, matt free and leave soft and glossy .
If any booking is cancelled in less than 24 hours , a cancellation fee of 50% will occur .
Pick ups times will be given [a fee will be charged for late pick ups] ,its important to be as prompt as possible unless otherwise organised with Karen .
